Climb the rope with your best technique and foot grip. The foot grip as high as possible. Elbows on the beam. Push your legs, straighten them and push your body with elbows and the push of your legs high. Position your chest / belly on the beam for a balance. Get the rope with one of your (right) hand with your thumb up, the other hand arm around the beam and roll-over / swing over. Catch your body weight with your left leg hanging on the beam and roll through.
